Online bookings must supply a credit card for deposit payments; a confirmation will be forwarded once payment has been processed. Packages, functions and special events may require full payment. Your Guest Relation's consultant will advise your specific confirmation requirements on booking.Cancellation Policy:School and public holidays, long weekends and local special events- Please advise of cancellation/changes at least thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival date for a full refund.All other times(unless otherwise advised) - Please advise of cancellation/changes prior to 9.00am on the day of your scheduled arrival date for a full refund.Groups/Special Offers - Please contact our Guest Relations team.Cancellations received outside of the above guidelines will be offered a refund once the accommodation has been resold in its entirety.
