Living Your Yoga
You can only fight with someone if you see her as separate from
you. Today remember that the belief in separation is the root
of all suffering. Choose to see the other's poin of
view. No one is really separate from you.
Yoga at Beacon is held every Saturday from 7am - 8am in
Scuttlebutt Function room and is free for guests. Visitors
also welcome ($10 charge).
